    4-5 Weeks Out (From Release Day)

    A plan is confirmed and the campaign is locked in. The process has now officially started!

    Press assets are sent from the artist/team in preperation of press release drafting.

    Invoice is processed.

    The drafting of the press release has started.

    By the end of this stage, the press release will be complete, ready for the artist/team approval.

    A 'release day' email is sent to the artist/team, noting that updates were made to the press release to reflect the release is out now.

    Additionally, the writers are informed that the release is public.

    A press report is still provided this day.

    It can still be worked, press still helps on releases that are already out.

  • How will I know who is posting?

    The reporting spreadsheet provided shows the dates reached out and the outlets which have confirmed. Fresh reports are given every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

  • What can I expect on release day?

    There's typically a few posts that go up, if not more, release day is important and that is something that is valued!

  • How long does it take for a campaign to complete?

    It varies based on the campaign, look at each type of campaign for more information on timelines.
